Make no statement without advice and contact the office as soon as possible with all your documents (summons, police report, complaint…). You have the right to be assisted by a lawyer at every stage of the proceedings.

I have a dispute over land or property — where do I start?

Gather the documents you have: land title or ownership deed (moulkia), sale contracts, administrative certificate, plans… Maître El Massaoudi reviews them to establish the status of the property (registered or not) and the most suitable procedure.
